Ingredients:
- 2 cups #milk
- A pinch of #cardamom powder
- Few #saffron strands (optional)
- 1 scoop ChilRun Full (Kesar #Badam flavour)
- Chopped #almonds and pistachios
- 4 - 6 readymade rasgullas (after removing the sugar syrup)
For vanilla flavour and a #nosugar option, you can use ChilRun full No Sucrose instead of ChilRun full.
Instructions:
- Warm milk in a saucepan. Add #cardamom and #saffron.
- Simmer for 10–12 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add rasgullas and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Cool slightly. Mix 1 scoop of ChilRun Full in ½ cup of the rasmalai #milk and stir it back into the full mix.
