Refund policy
Shipping
a) Shipping Duration: Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of receiving the order. However, during busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.
b) Free shipping facility is given only to the products which are to be delivered within the Indian Territory and not outside India. Any product delivery outside India would be chargeable at the prevalent market rates.
c) Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon shipment facility available with www.7nshop.com
d) If two or more items are ordered, you may receive them in distinct boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations.
e) For transit safety purposes products may be shipped separately.
f) It is suggested by us that you should give a full and complete address including the pin-code to avoid returns and penalty charges. Please do note that courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses i.e. wherein the address or pin code do not match to the intended address. The liability to bear such charges and penalties (if any) shall rest with you and shall be payable to the courier company (if required).
g) You agree that charges of re-shipment of the same order will be payable by you.
h) Rectification/change of address will only be allowed before dispatch of your order. Once your order is dispatched rectification/change of address will not be guaranteed.
i) We will not be responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete addresses.
j) You agree that you shall be solely liable and responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial or direct or indirect damages to the package after being left at your address by postal/courier agencies.
k) For any type of shipments to any hostel/college/school etc., specific date and time should be mentioned while placing the order (through the notes or remarks section) to avoid returns due to permission issues for entering such premises. Our shipping partner may try re-delivery up to 2 times only. We will not be responsible for refund or credits.
Cancellation
Your order can be cancelled before it is dispatched from our Warehouse. In case, we receive a cancellation through e-mail (or other means) and till the time the order is “dispatched” by us, the order cannot be cancelled. We take utmost care in providing you the best products.
*We have the complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. The customer further agrees not to dispute the decision made by us regarding the cancellation.
For Pre-Paid Orders an applicable transaction fee may be deducted before processing refund to principal mode of transaction.
For Post-Paid Orders an applicable order management fee may be deducted before cancellation, this fee will be levied on the customer and may be incurred in future transactions.
Product Return and Replacement Policy
To ensure a smooth and efficient return and replacement process, we kindly request that you record an unboxing video of your product upon receipt. This video should show the following:
1. The condition of the packaging upon arrival.
2. The unboxing process, including the removal of all protective materials.
3. The product itself in its entirety, including any damages or defects.
The unboxing video should be submitted along with your return request. This video will help us to quickly assess the condition of the product, determine the appropriate course of action, and serve you better all the time! We thank you for your support in such matters.
Please send these to our customer care at www.7nshop.com or call us at 1800 2027 760 within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange an exchange for the product.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
